July 2010: In This Issue
For most of us, having to manage both electronic and paper records in the same environment is now a fact of life. The success of electronic formats has meant widespread adoption, while the volume of paper records continues to grow. The result is a hybrid environment of record formats that poses a unique set of challenges for records managers everywhere. So what’s the best way to meet this challenge? Our solution was to create a Toolkit for the Hybrid Environment, available for free download this month. We also have a great Records Management Glossary for you, just click the link for your free pdf and this handy resource is yours! We value your feedback. If you have any questions, or want to discuss any of the issues raised in this newsletter, please get in touch. Regards, Datafile 1.
